The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee is oriented to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee has just unanimously approved the Project to establish the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party agencies for the 2020-2025 term, including 20 grassroots party organizations with 724 party members.

The Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies includes grassroots party organizations: specialized agencies advising and assisting the Provincial Party Committee; Provincial Political School, Nghe An Newspaper; National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council; Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province; Provincial People's Procuracy, Provincial People's Court; Provincial Red Cross; Provincial Literature and Arts Association; Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations.

The Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Agencies is a grassroots Party Committee, established by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. The functions and tasks of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies are implemented according to the regulations of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

The Party Executive Committee shall have no more than 27 members. The Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee shall have no more than 9 members (more may be arranged in the near future).

In terms of structure orientation, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee is the Secretary of the Party Committee (concurrently). The member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee (concurrently).

The full-time deputy secretaries of the Party Committee (at the time of establishment), after 5 years from the establishment of the Party Committee, there is still 1 full-time deputy secretary.

Select 4 deputy comrades from 6 agencies and units including: Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board; Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Board; Provincial Party Committee Office; Provincial People's Council; Provincial Fatherland Front to arrange heads of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee (concurrently).

The Inspection Committee shall have no more than 5 members (decided by the Party Committee). Structure orientation: The Chairman shall be the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council or the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee (concurrently). 1 full-time Vice Chairman; members (full-time and concurrently).

Establish a specialized agency to advise and assist the Party Committee, including 4 agencies: Organization Committee; Inspection Committee; Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Office and socio-political organizations (if any).

At the time of establishment, the number of staff members of the specialized agency of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee shall not exceed 21. No later than 5 years from the date of establishment, the number of staff members shall not exceed 14, arranged by the Party Committee according to the decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on staff assignment.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee also agreed to end the activities of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee and the Provincial Enterprises Party Committee. End the activities of provincial-level Party delegations and Party executive committees, transfer the functions and tasks of Party delegations and Party executive committees to Party committees at organizations, agencies and units where the Party delegations and Party executive committees end.
