In order to achieve good results in military recruitment, over the past months, Party committees, authorities and departments from the district to the grassroots have actively and proactively implemented good policies on military recruitment; ensured that all recruitment stages were public and in accordance with the law; focused on widely disseminating the Law on Military Service among all classes of people and implementing good policies on the military rear.
100% of the young men enlisting this time have been fully vaccinated with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine, of which more than 73% have received the 3rd dose and were tested before the military handover. Due to the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, safety was ensured at the military handover ceremony.

Speaking at the military handover ceremony, comrade Hoang Sy Kien - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district expressed his confidence in the young generation of the district to promote the tradition of the heroic homeland, fulfill their responsibilities as citizens and revolutionary soldiers.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district also hopes that the new recruits will uphold their bravery, be steadfast, creative, overcome all difficulties, strive to study, practice, improve their awareness, qualifications, health, strictly abide by the State's laws and military discipline, and meet the requirements of the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation, worthy of the qualities and traditions of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho; worthy of being citizens in the heroic land: "Tra Lan bamboo split ash fly".

On this occasion, communes and towns all have gifts of 1 - 1.5 million VND and districts have gifts of 300,000 VND for each young man joining the army.
