Determined to open the largest boulevard in Nghe An in 2021
(Baonghean.vn) - Comrade Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Department of Transport said that everything is ready to complete phase 1 of the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard Project in the first quarter of 2021. This largest avenue in Nghe An province is expected to open to traffic in 2021.
One issue questioned in the 17th session of the 17th Nghe An Provincial People's Council was the progress of the Vinh - Cua Lo route. Because this is a key route, the "backbone" connecting Vinh city and Cua Lo city in the future, a route that is expected to create great resource values and is also a route that "attracts" investors to invest.
Responding to questions from delegates, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said:Vinh - Cua Lo Avenuewas implemented from the end of 2017, but by mid-December 2020 it had not been completed due to problems with site clearance and funding. The Provincial People's Committee has directed the Vinh City People's Committee to carry out the commitment to site clearance and handover before January 15, 2021.

Previously, after propaganda and mobilization, Vinh City resolutely directed and enforced the enforcement of some cases that were still procrastinating.
Comrade Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Transport also said that after the site is handed over, contractors will immediately start construction to open the route from Cua Lo town to Vinh city center.

Currently, following this route from Cua Lo town to Vinh city, it is easy to see that many people and vehicles can travel on the route to the localities in Nghi Loc district, Vinh city. The section through Vinh city, although currently a dirt road, will be open to traffic immediately after households hand over the land.
Phase 1 of the project has a total investment of more than 1,400 billion VND; of which, the capital source is 1,100 billion VND from Government bonds, the rest is from the local budget.
Currently, the central capital has been allocated and approved by the 17th Nghe An Provincial People's Council, enough to carry out site clearance and arrange a part for construction.
The Cua Lo - Nghi Loc section has completed site clearance and asphalt paving, creating a spacious appearance for the area and especially creating a huge land fund to attract investment.

Implementing the project to develop Vinh city into an economic and cultural center of the North Central region by 2023, with a view to 2030, Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard is a highlight that the city is implementing detailed planning on both sides to attract investment and develop land funds. This is an important economic development axis connecting the two cities.
Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard was once considered the most special boulevard in Vietnam when planned with a romantic and modern character with many green and entertainment blocks on the route, combining green traffic, smart traffic, facing Lam River and the sea. The Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard planning was assessed by architect Tran Ngoc Chinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association as a "super project", because of the large research scope of 1,333 hectares, more than 10 km long.
