(Baonghean.vn) - After Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard opened the 9 meter strip on both sides, the Provincial People's Committee continued to direct Vinh City to quickly clear the households located in the median strip of this road. This is a correct policy to create comprehensive ventilation for the route.

Vinh - Cua Lo Avenue is a key avenue of Nghe An province, the site clearance work is being carried out vigorously to put the project into use soon. Vinh - Cua Lo Avenue has been cleared for a 9m strip on both sides, people and vehicles can travel smoothly. However, there are still many households in the median strip that have not been cleared.

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 1020/UBND - CN dated March 2, 2021 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on completing the site clearance work of the ProjectVinh - Cua Lo roadPhase 1, in which, 16 households that have partially demolished their houses and remaining assets on the sidewalk must be relocated before March 15, 2021, 45 households located on the median strip and sidewalk must be relocated before March 30, 2021, Vinh City People's Committee has assigned the Land Fund Development Center to urgently coordinate with the People's Committees of Nghi Phu and Nghi Duc communes to continue propaganda and mobilization work for households and individuals to carry out land clearance to implement the project, and at the same time, prepare documents for compulsory land recovery for cases that do not comply with the land clearance decision to handle according to regulations.

Specifically: For households and individuals who have received compensation and support and have been allocated land, continue to mobilize and notify land users to clear all structures on the land before March 25, 2021.

In case any land user does not comply, develop a construction protection plan and organize construction protection, and report to the City People's Committee.

These days, the Land Fund Development CenterVinh cityis sending officers and employees to propagate to the remaining households that have not yet carried out land acquisition and clearance related to Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard.

The report of the City Land Fund Development Center said: As of April 2, 2021, the remaining cemetery land of 1 house of 1 household in hamlet 12 has not agreed to receive money and has not been relocated.(outside the construction range of the 9m strip).The People's Committee of the commune has repeatedly mobilizedbut the family is not united.

Regarding residential land: The total number of households whose residential land and garden land were recovered is 68 households (71 plots). Currently, the land has been cleared for a 9m stretch, leaving only 15 households within the median strip and sidewalk that have not been dismantled and the land has not been handed over.

Of which: 5 households have completed the land handover, received money but have not yet dismantled or handed over the site, the City People's Committee has issued a document assigning Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee to take measures to protect the construction; 6 households have completed the land handover, but some households have received money and land but have not yet handed over the site, the City People's Committee is implementing regulations on compulsory land recovery.

There are 4 households that have not yet completed their plans, and the City Land Fund Development Center is focusing on implementing them. Including households: Nguyen Trung K (waiting for land prices after adjusting the old resettlement area planning for Hamlet 5 (WB), Nguyen Van D (is publicizing the land allocation plan), Nguyen Van Tr (has a cold storage warehouse, is submitting for approval the dismantling and relocation estimate, has not yet made an installation estimate because the location of the destination is being surveyed to arrange the warehouse); Nguyen Thi Tr is making adjustments to the plan after the court's verdict (household filed a lawsuit, requesting compensation for pre-1980 residential land).

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a document directing the Department of Transport and Vinh City People's Committee to complete site clearance for 61 households on Vinh - Cua Lo road before March 30, 2021.

Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard is a key project, with a total length of more than 10.8 km; the roadbed is 95 m wide, with some areas being 160 m wide. Phase one of the project has a total investment of more than 1,400 billion VND; of which, the source of capital is 1,100 billion VND from government bonds, the rest is from the local budget.
