The festival aims to encourage the formation and development of dance groups, student dance groups, to meet the cultural and artistic needs of today's youth; to create a healthy and useful playground, contributing to the orientation of lifestyle and cultural life. Thereby creating a favorable environment for students to participate in performing arts activities and to search for and nurture talents.

In addition, the Welcome Day for New Students also includes activities such as the photo contest "I am a new student"; Impressive booths; Book Exchange; Teambuilding competition... attracting a large number of students to participate.

This is also an opportunity for new students to interact and learn with their seniors, and participate in extracurricular activities of the school to increase their confidence and boldness when entering a new learning environment. At the same time, introduce clubs, teams, and groups to new students of the school.

At the end of the night, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the Vinh University Student Association Club; 2 Second Prizes; 3 Encouragement Prizes to the remaining teams.
