Thai Hoa town revokes 3 projects behind schedule and used for illegal purposes

The Town People's Committee reported to the Provincial People's Committee to reclaim 2.45 hectares of 3 projects due to overdue implementation and illegal use: Thanh Thanh Long Motorcycle Showroom Project of 0.15 hectares in Block 8, Long Son Ward; Market and Commercial Townhouse Project of Ha Huy Company and Trung Do 7 Company's Headquarter Project in Quang Trung Block, Quang Tien Ward.

In the town, there are 10 land use projects with adjusted planning with an area of ​​29.44 hectares.

The results of the first issuance and exchange of land use right certificates of the town by the end of 2018 included agricultural land reaching 92.6%; forestry land reaching 93.5%; and rural residential land reaching 92.4%.

One of the tasks that the town focuses on implementing is to deploy the project to adjust the general planning of Thai Hoa town to overcome the shortcomings of the old planning; exploit the potential and advantages of the town; and at the same time define the central area more clearly to meet the development needs.

Responding to the opinions of the delegates, the representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the town affirmed that in the land auction work, the town selected a professional auction company and at the same time did a good job of propaganda, built a starting price close to the market price, established a monitoring team, and there was no "broker" situation in the land auction. The town did a good job of managing construction permits.

Thai Hoa town said that the establishment, appraisal, approval, announcement, implementation, and adjustment of land use planning and plans are still not consistent, and there is a situation where land use planning is not consistent with socio-economic development planning.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien highly appreciated the land management and use work in Thai Hoa town.

The Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies hopes that the town will continue to do a good job in planning and using land in the area in a transparent and public manner; train and improve the qualifications and professional skills of the staff working in land management; pay attention to handling conclusions after inspections and checks, etc.

Regarding the town's proposal, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies received and synthesized recommendations to relevant agencies, departments and branches.
