Nghe An province conducts surprise inspections of administrative discipline compliance in agencies and units.

During a surprise inspection of compliance with working hours at the Vinh Tan Ward People's Committee (Vinh City) at 11:00 a.m., the provincial inspection team noted that basically all officials and civil servants were present with a sense of concentration at work. However, at the time of the inspection, 2 officials and civil servants were absent for unknown reasons.

The inspection team reminded the ward to strictly implement office culture, strictly comply with wearing civil servant badges during working hours, arrange name tags for cadres and civil servants; strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline, and uphold the responsibility of leaders in managing cadres and civil servants.

The delegation reminded the ward to arrange staff on duty at the one-stop shop during working hours all day to facilitate organizations and individuals to carry out necessary administrative procedures.

The working group also conducted a surprise inspection of the compliance with discipline and administrative discipline at the Department of Tourism. Through the inspection, the group recognized that the unit's officers and civil servants strictly followed working hours.

The Department of Tourism has actively applied information technology in administrative reform. Some administrative procedures have been reviewed and the processing time has been reduced compared to regulations such as: Procedures for recognizing local tourist attractions, the processing time after being reduced is reduced by 10 days.

The procedure for assessing shopping service establishments that meet tourist service standards has been reduced from 20 days to 15 days; some procedures are performed by the Department and results are received and returned on the same day.

The Department of Tourism has issued the unit's working regulations, including content on public ethics requiring cadres and civil servants to strictly comply with discipline and administrative discipline. The Department has included the observance of discipline and administrative discipline in the monthly and annual emulation evaluation and classification criteria for cadres and civil servants.
