Nghe An Provincial Party Committee opens the 2022 civil servant and public employee promotion exam

Comrade Le Duc Cuong, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Examination Council attended and delivered the opening speech of the exam.

Attending the Opening Ceremony were comrades of the Council for civil servant and public employee promotion examinations; comrades of the Supervisory Board, Examination Board, Examination Council Support Team; and candidates participating in the exam.

This time, 124 candidates participated in the promotion exam (of which: 97 candidates took the exam to compete for 87 approved quotas for promotion from specialist to senior specialist; 2 candidates for promotion from officer to specialist; 1 candidate for promotion from employee to senior officer; 10 candidates for promotion from reporter to senior reporter; 6 candidates for promotion from lecturer to senior lecturer; and 8 candidates for promotion from administrative officer to senior specialist).

Candidates will have to participate in 2 rounds: round 1 is a multiple choice test (taken on computer) including: general knowledge and foreign language test; round 2: specialized professional test (written test).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Duc Cuong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Examination Council for Promotion and Rank Promotion affirmed that the organization of the examination for promotion of civil servants and public employees is a regular and important activity of the management agency with the aim of standardizing the quality of civil servants and public employees and selecting civil servants and public employees who meet the standards and conditions for appointment to higher civil servant and public employee ranks and considering and arranging them into appropriate corresponding job positions. Thereby, creating opportunities for each cadre, civil servant and public employee to evaluate themselves and have the spirit of self-awareness to study, practice, and strive to improve themselves further in work and life.

In order for the exam to achieve the best results, comrade Le Duc Cuong requested the Examination Council, the Examination Supervisory Board, the Examination Council's Support Teams to promote a high sense of responsibility, clearly understand the assigned political tasks, strictly implement the rules, regulations, and exam organization plan, not to allow violations of the examination supervision regulations, ensure the good completion of the tasks assigned by the Council to each organization and individual during the exam, contributing significantly to the success of the exam.

The Chairman of the Examination Council also requested that candidates make efforts, try hard, stay calm, confidently apply their knowledge, skills, practical experience, qualifications and abilities to focus on completing the exams well; at the same time, seriously implement the exam rules and regulations.
