According to the report of Que Phong District Medical Center, from November 22 to now, the whole district has detected 273 F0 cases in Tien Phong, Nam Giai, Hanh Dich communes and Kim Son town. Notably, from December 23 to now, in Long Tien village, Hanh Dich commune, 81 F0 cases have been detected. It is known that Long Tien village currently has 144 households (29 poor households), 620 people.
After the outbreak, Que Phong district directed relevant units and Hanh Dich commune to urgently deploy epidemic control plans. Up to now, 104 households with F1 cases are being locked down.
PConcluding the meeting, Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh praised and acknowledged the efforts of Que Phong district and Hanh Dich commune in the work of epidemic prevention and control. Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh stated: Through surveys and assessments, F0s basically have no symptoms or mild symptoms, making it very difficult to detect. If there is no timely grasp and control, the epidemic will cause a widespread outbreak. It is recommended that localities and units in the district not be negligent or subjective, but need to be proactive, resolute, and "speedy" in grasping the epidemic situation in time to respond.
Associate Professor, Dr. Duong Dinh Chinh suggested:Hanh Dich Commune continues to review and grasp the population in the area; speed up tracing to find all F1s, to isolate them promptly. The commune needs to review and assess the epidemic situation in the remaining villages and conduct sample testing of households to detect and isolate F0. At the same time, consider implementing a "narrow blockade" but must be strict, "no one can go out, no one can come in"; temporarily suspend concentrated study of students in the area; conduct disinfection at the outbreak area and areas related to F0... Urgently transfer cases to the F0 collection and treatment area at the commune's Primary and Secondary School for timely treatment.

HQue Phong district continues to promote "4 on-site" in epidemic prevention; proactively develop scenarios and plans for epidemic prevention and control in accordance with the direction of the Central and the province: adaptability, flexibility, efficiency, safety... In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to epidemic prevention work during Tet and festivals. The district considers stopping or limiting crowded activities in epidemic areas; continues to implement Covid-19 vaccination work to ensure progress and safety; deploys mobile vaccination teams to hamlets, villages, and households to vaccinate people.
Que Phong district needs to strengthen inspection and supervision of epidemic prevention and control and population movement before, during and after Tet to effectively implement epidemic prevention work; ensure social security, food and provisions for people in epidemic and quarantine areas, and not let people go hungry; continue to communicate so that people understand and carry out epidemic prevention work well, and not let people worry or panic.
The Deputy Commander of the Provincial Covid-19 Prevention and Control Command Center emphasized: Epidemic prevention and control at this stage requires the participation of the entire political and social system; must be drastic and rely on the people to fight the epidemic... Only then can the epidemic be controlled and life return to peace soon.
