The Provincial People's Committee reviews preparations for the year-end Provincial People's Council meeting.

Tại kỳ họp lần thứ 17, Provincial People's Council khóa XVII, nhiệm kỳ 2016 - 2021, UBND tỉnh được giao chuẩn bị 24 báo cáo và 25 tờ trình, dự thảo nghị quyết.

Theo tổng hợp từ Văn phòng UBND tỉnh, tính đến 11h ngày 7/12 mới chỉ có 2/24 báo cáo và 4/25 tờ trình, dự thảo nghị quyết được các sở, ngành hoàn thiện việc tiếp thu, giải trình sau thẩm tra của Thường trực và các Ban HĐND tỉnh; số còn lại đang được các sở, ngành hoàn thiện tiếp thu, giải trình.

At the meeting, besides appreciating the efforts and focus of departments and branches in preparing the meeting content, some opinions also frankly pointed out some shortcomings and limitations.

Specifically, some departments and branches did not respond to voters' opinions and recommendations in a consistent manner. Some departments and branches were slow to report and respond to assigned issues; were not proactive in consulting; and were still confused in implementing the procedures for issuing draft resolutions.

Based on reviewing the contents of reports, submissions, draft resolutions submitted to the session, and conclusions at the meeting, comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the departments and branches assigned to preside over the drafting of reports, submissions, and draft resolutions to focus on completing the reception and explanation after the review of the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council on December 8 to send to the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee on schedule.

In particular, focusing on reviewing and ensuring the strictness of draft resolutions related to policy mechanisms so that when issued and implemented, they meet practical requirements, comply with legal regulations and promote the overall development of the province.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also emphasized that the sessionquestionAt this session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council innovated in an "open" manner regarding the implementation of the Conclusions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the recommendations after supervision of the People's Council, the Standing Committee and the Committees of the Provincial People's Council from the beginning of the term until now, along with a number of "hot" issues.

Therefore, the content of the questioning covers many issues. It is recommended that departments and branches review the Conclusions of the questioning and the recommendations after the supervision of the Provincial People's Council related to their units to prepare carefully, especially the unresolved issues, clarify the causes and specific solutions for the coming time.
