(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee issued a document on the implementation of the Notice of Conclusion of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council at the regular meeting in May 2022; requesting departments, branches and localities to review and prepare draft resolutions and reports to submit to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
Accordingly, implementing the direction of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in Notice No. 81/TB-HĐND.TT dated May 23, 2022, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches and localities to review and prepare draft resolutions and reports for submission to the 6th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, ensuring progress, quality, and compliance with procedures and regulations of law; the Provincial People's Committee shall not consider submitting to the Provincial People's Council session additional contents that are not included in the list agreed upon by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, except in cases where there are objective reasons.
