The five candidates for the XV National Assembly in constituency No. 3 include Mr. Pham Phu Binh - Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment; Thai Thi An Chung - Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Council; Le Thi Thanh Hai - Head of the Department of Supporting Women in Economic Development, Provincial Women's Union; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union; Nguyen Thi Thu - specialist of the Provincial People's Council Office.

The 5 candidates for the 18th Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term in constituency No. 6 include Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Pham Thi Hau - official of the Yen Thanh District Labor Federation; Nguyen Duc Hong - Chairman of the Yen Thanh District Labor Federation; Phan Thi Minh Ly - Head of the Science and Education Department, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Thi Oanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Professional Department 1, Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.

After listening to the conference chair summarize the candidates' biographies, voters from each commune listened to the candidates for National Assembly and Provincial People's Council present their proposed action plans to fulfill their responsibilities as delegates if elected.

The candidates affirmed that if elected, they will make every effort to fulfill their roles and responsibilities as elected representatives, always be close to the people, listen to and understand the people's thoughts, and strive to be trustworthy representatives to receive and convey voters' opinions to relevant agencies.

Many candidates also emphasized that even if they fail to win the election, they will still consider it a motivation to continue striving and contributing more to the cause of building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland and country.

The action program of candidate Pham Phu Binh - Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment clearly stated that if elected by voters as a National Assembly Delegate, he will actively participate in the process of perfecting the country's legal framework, paying attention to bringing policies and guidelines that are popular with the people into life. He also promised to play the role of supporting, connecting, and accompanying the promotion of the cultural traditions and people of Nghe An, bringing Nghe An to rapid and sustainable development.

Presenting the main contents of his action program, Mr. Bui Thanh An - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee emphasized that if elected as a delegate of the 18th Provincial People's Council, he will regularly maintain close contact with the Party Committee, government, voters and people, truly being a bridge between voters and competent authorities.

Meanwhile, being nominated by the Provincial Women's Union to run for the National Assembly, fully aware of her responsibility, Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union said that if elected, she will propose to the National Assembly to build and perfect the legal system on gender equality, supervise the implementation of all levels and sectors, guide and protect women and children to properly exercise their rights as prescribed by law.
