Construction and traffic management field:Voters in Quynh Luu, Tan Ky, Hung Nguyen and Vinh city proposed to the competent authorities to upgrade and repair the inter-district road connecting Quynh Luu district - Yen Thanh; upgrade Provincial Road 542E (section from National Highway 46 to 72m road); build a road from Giai Xuan commune to Tan Xuan commune which has been approved by the competent authorities; and construct the extended Le Mao road.

Voters in Tuong Duong district reported that tractor-trailers carrying ore from Laos were traveling at high speed, causing many tragic accidents. They requested that all levels and sectors investigate and take measures to handle the situation.

Voters in Tan Ky district reported that overloaded trucks carrying sand and gravel on route 534D from Km14 of the Ho Chi Minh trail to the center of Phu Son commune have affected the lives of local people and traffic participants; requested the authorities to inspect and handle the situation.

Voters of Hung Nguyen district reported receiving a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for relatives of people with revolutionary contributions but have not yet received the reward money.

Education and training sector: Voters of Nghi Loc district and Vinh city recommend that the Department of Education and Training promptly issue plans and specific guidance documents on the fees allowed to be collected at schools so that parents and students are aware; associated with the management of revenue and expenditure from this source; at the same time, rectify the enrollment work for selective classes at schools.
