3 female karaoke attendants and a group of friends caught using ecstasy in a hotel

Accordingly, at around 2:30 a.m. on April 20, the Drug Crime Investigation Police Team, Vinh City Police, made a surprise inspection at room 409, at a hotel in Quan Bau ward, Vinh city, and discovered 7 subjects illegally using drugs.

There are 4 male and 3 female subjects, including: Nguyen Xuan Thang (born in 1973, residing in Cua Nam ward, Vinh city); Tran Quoc Trung (born in 1972, residing in Vo Liet commune, Thanh Chuong district); Nguyen Dinh Cuong (born in 1978, residing in Quan Bau ward, Vinh city); Mai Van Cu (born in 1986, residing in Hai Van commune, Hai Hau district, Nam Dinh province); Nguyen Thi Hang (born in 1994, residing in Thanh Lien commune, Thanh Chuong district); Vy Thi Thuy (residing in Lang Khe commune, Con Cuong district); Nguyen Thi Cam Van (born in 1982, residing in Rach Gia city, Kien Giang province).

It is known that the 3 female subjects are employees of a number of karaoke bars and motels in Vinh city; they are currently on leave because their workplaces are temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

On the evening of April 19, all 7 subjects gathered at a hotel and used drugs. At 02:30 on April 20, they were discovered by the police and asked to return to headquarters to make a record. At the scene, the police seized 16 ecstasy pills, 7.025 grams of crystal meth (ketamine), 2 cars, 1 computer, 8 mobile phones and 1 set of drug paraphernalia.
