(Baonghean.vn) - On January 13, Quy Chau District Police said they were temporarily detaining Lim Van Thanh, born in 1987, residing in Chau Hanh Commune, Quy Chau District, to investigate the act of manufacturing firecrackers.
Previously, at 2:00 p.m. on January 12, at Ke Ninh village, Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district, the Criminal Police Team of Quy Chau district police discovered and caught red-handed Lim Van Thanh, born in 1987, residing in Ke Ninh village, in the act of manufacturing prohibited goods (firecrackers).

At the scene, the working group seized more than 200 bombs.firecrackersvarious types, with a total weight of 7kg, along with firecrackers, slow-burning fuses, paper, 502 glue...
