The conference dismissed Mr. Phan Van Binh from the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee due to a job transfer; at the same time elected Mr. Tran Manh Ha - former Head of the Finance - Planning Department of the District People's Committee to be appointed as Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee.
As a result, comrade Tran Manh Ha - Member of the District Party Committee, Head of the Finance and Planning Department was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 20th term, 2021 - 2026.
