CommuneChau Nhanhas made a specific plan to deal with the flooding situation if the water level rises higher. For households in the danger zone, 2 canoes and all boats will be mobilized to evacuate people to higher ground. At that time, the old Hung Nhan Commune People's Committee headquarters, the primary school and the flood shelter community house will be put into use as shelters for people. These 3 locations are all on 2 floors, high, and can accommodate over 1,000 people, ensuring safety for all people.

For livestock such as buffalo, cows, pigs... people will move to self-rescue islands to avoid flooding. For the most deeply flooded areas without self-rescue islands, livestock can be moved to the Lam River dike to avoid damage if the water rises.
Although the water level is higher than on October 20, it is expected that the water level will remain stable today because the rain has stopped and the discharge from hydropower plants has decreased. However, we have advised people not to be subjective or negligent, but to continue to monitor weather information to have response solutions. Currently, the commune has prepared 100% of human resources and materials to promptly handle any situations that may arise.
