The route is over 19.2km long, with a total estimated investment of 250 billion VND. Of which, the local budget public investment capital allocated for the 2021-2025 period is 72 billion VND and the provincial budget is 178 billion VND. In 2022, the project will be allocated 30 billion VND.

The project is invested according to the technical standards of grade VI mountainous roads, with a roadbed width of 6m and a road surface of 3.5m. The starting point of the route is located at Huoi Giang 2 village, Tay Son commune and the end point is located at Ka Tren and Ka Duoi villages (Na Ngoi commune). It is expected that by the second quarter of 2022, the bidding will be carried out to select a contractor and the completion time will not exceed 4 years from the commencement date.

Next, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation visited and inspected the planning area for high-tech agricultural development, growing precious medicinal herbs and adventure tourism area at Puxailaileng peak with an altitude of over 2,720m.

In Decision No. 88/QD-UBND, Ky Son district has included in the Planning of an eco-tourism complex associated with the development of high-tech agriculture and forestry with an area of ​​about 2,055 hectares to exploit the potential of location and natural conditions in the Southwest region of the commune as a driving force for socio-economic development of Ky Son district in general and Na Ngoi commune in particular.

After approving the general construction planning of Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district and approving the land use plan for the period 2021-2030 in Ky Son district. The investor will proceed to develop a detailed plan at a scale of 1/2000 to submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval. It is expected that the detailed plan at a scale of 1/2000 will be implemented for appraisal and approval: Quarter 2/2022.

According to the investor, the eco-tourism complex associated with high-tech agricultural and forestry development will cooperate with cooperatives and households to build a sustainable management model to implement the linkage chain.
