The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested to strengthen responsibility in drafting resolutions to submit to the Provincial People's Council.

Accordingly, in the process of building the List of Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council in 2023, departments, branches and localities promptly reviewed legal regulations and practical requirements in the locality to register proposals to build resolutions to ensure the proposed plan. However, after the meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in December 2022 (the Provincial People's Committee listened to and gave opinions to approve the List of Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council in 2023), there was still a situation where some departments and branches did not fully cover the content of the work, so they registered to add more, affecting the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee.

To rectify the above situation, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the directors of provincial departments, branches and sectors, and Chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to implement the following contents:

- Directors of Departments and branches: Finance, Planning and Investment, Culture and Sports, Agriculture and Rural Development, Natural Resources and Environment, Home Affairs, Education and Training, Information and Communications, Provincial People's Committee Office, Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee, Provincial Police seriously learn from experience in reviewing and registering the list of Resolutions submitted to the Provincial People's Council in 2023.

- Responsible for the implementation of the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council, ensuring compliance with the procedures, legal regulations and the set schedule. For the contents submitted to the mid-2023 Provincial People's Council meeting, submit them to the Provincial People's Committee at the latest at the Provincial People's Committee's thematic meeting in June 2023.

- The Director of the Department of Justice continues to enhance the advisory role in drafting legal documents in the province.
