Nghe An Electricity Company gives 100 uniforms to poor students in Quy Chau
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the appeal letter "Supporting students to go to school in the 2018-2019 school year" of the Provincial People's Committee, on the morning of August 28, Nghe An Electricity Company went to Chau Hanh commune, Quy Chau district to give gifts to support poor students of Chau Hanh 2 Primary School.

The total number of gifts given by Nghe An Electricity Company this time includes 100 sets of school uniforms, with a total value of 20 million VND.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Loi - Deputy Director of Nghe An Electricity Company said that this is a support fund taken from the Company's annual welfare fund with the desire to partly support poor students in the commune, reduce difficulties, and continue to go to school.

Chau Hanh is a poor commune that Nghe An Electricity Company received help from as assigned and called for by the province. In addition to helping the commune with power grid renovation, during Tet or the beginning of the school year, the unit always spends time giving gifts to students and poor households.
Chau Hanh 2 Primary School is about 3 km from the district center. In addition to the main school, the school also has 2 satellite schools more than 7 km away from the center. The school has 341 students, of which 234 are children of poor households and have especially difficult circumstances.
