At the conference, delegate Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Education informed a large number of voters in the three communes of Ha Son, Van Loi and Chau Dinh about the expected content and program of the upcoming National Assembly session. According to the plan, the session will take place from May 23 to June 17, 2022, delegates will carry out legislative work, discuss socio-economic issues, the State budget, supervision and other important issues, and spend time studying some reports...

Speaking frankly to the National Assembly deputies of constituency No. 2, as well as to the leaders of provincial departments and branches, and leaders of Quy Hop district, voters raised 7 opinions in various fields and groups of issues.

Voters of Van Loi commune reflected the reality of some hamlets with large areas, many streams, some inter-commune and inter-hamlet roads showing signs of deterioration or not yet concreted, making it difficult for people to travel and transport goods, especially during the rainy season; thereby requesting that all levels consider investing in building spillways, roads, etc. so that people can benefit.

At the same time, some voters in this commune said that currently the facilities of schools in the area have seriously degraded, the area of ​​classrooms has not met new standards, and they hope to be given conditions to upgrade and renovate to ensure teaching and learning.

Voters in Ha Son commune expressed concern about the use of explosives by some stone quarries causing cracks in houses, and requested that competent authorities have a monitoring and handling mechanism. Voter Truong Van An also hoped that Resolution No. 12/NQCP implementing Resolution No. 88/2019/QH 14 dated November 18, 2019 of the National Assembly on approving the Master Plan for socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2030 would be implemented soon in the area, increasing resources for local socio-economic development, building communes that meet new rural standards, and health standards, etc.

In addition, other opinions and recommendations from voters said that allowances for village cadres are still low, while after the merger, the hamlets have large areas, large populations, and large workloads for hamlet cadres; there are shortcomings in arranging electricity bill collection points in hamlets; the telecommunications network does not meet the needs of online learning for students; the issuance of land use right certificates is slow; the policy of streamlining staff at the commune level is not suitable...

Representatives of the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, Quy Hop Electricity, and the Department of Industry and Trade directly explained and clarified the contents that voters were still concerned about, and resolved problems in matters under their authority in a satisfactory manner for the people...

Receiving the close and accurate opinions of voters in the communes, National Assembly delegate Vi Van Son - Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee requested that all levels and sectors need to receive them to have a direction for solving in the coming time, closely coordinating with the grassroots to bring convenience and the highest benefits to the people.

Delegate Vi Van Son hopes that the communes of Ha Son, Van Loi and Chau Dinh - with many socio-economic difficulties and the majority of the population being ethnic minorities - need to actively attract resources, first of all from sustainable poverty reduction programs, new rural construction, and overall socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas to rise up and make rapid and steady progress.
