In the hot weather, the wind was quite strong so the fire spread quickly. Although the people actively put out the fire, Mr. Huynh's house was quickly burned down. The entire wooden house and the family's property were burned.
It is known that Mr. Ngan Van Huynh and his wife have 2 sons, 4 years old and 6 years old. The couple lives by working as hired laborers in Hai Phong, and the 2 children are sent to their grandparents when they return home during the harvest season. At the time the house burned down, Mr. Huynh and his wife were planting rice in their family's field in the commune.
