Nghe An transfers 23 party organizations to be directly under the Central Enterprise Bloc Party Committee

Attending the handover ceremony, on the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, City Party Committee, Town Party Committee, and the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc.

On behalf of the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, there was comrade Pham Duc An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank.

At the handover ceremony, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced Decision No. 1841, dated March 30, 2023 on the transfer of 23 Party Committees and Party cells under 19 District Party Committees, City Party Committees, Town Party Committees, Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee and 775 Party members to the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam under the Central Business Bloc Party Committee.

The transfer of party organizations and party members is carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 60-QD/TW, dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat on party organizations in party committees of corporations, general companies, and state-owned commercial banks; Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022 of the Central Executive Committee on strengthening the consolidation of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed the role and contributions of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development in general and the bank's branches and units stationed in Nghe An province in particular to the socio-economic development of Nghe An province.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also said that, implementing Regulation No. 60-QD/TW, dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat on the transfer of party organizations and party members, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 1176-CV/TU, dated June 22, 2022, directing local Party committees to thoroughly grasp and deploy the Regulation to party organizations and party members; proactively review the number of subordinate party organizations subject to arrangement according to the Regulation and coordinate with relevant Party committees and organizations to carry out the transfer work.

He requested that the grassroots Party Committees must fully carry out the procedures for handing over Party organizations and Party members to the Party Committee of the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam according to the provisions of the Party Charter and the Regulations on the implementation of the Party Charter.

Emphasizing that although the Party organization and Party members were transferred to the Party Committee of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development under the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, the activities of the Party organizations, branches, units, cadres, Party members and workers are still associated with the locality; The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc; the Party Committee and leaders of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development will continue to pay attention and create conditions for the branches and units in the area to continue to accompany the province, maintain relationships with the branches and units of the province and the district, city and town Party Committees in the area, actively participate in the socio-economic development and Party building work of the Party Committees under the province.

As for the Party Committee of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, it is recommended to study Regulation 61-QD/TW dated March 8, 2022 of the Secretariat, specifying in the construction of coordination regulations between the unit and local Party committees to closely coordinate in leadership and direction.

Regarding the responsibility of local Party committees and authorities in the province, continue to create favorable conditions for branches and units of the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development to operate effectively.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, comrade Pham Duc An - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members of Agribank affirmed the support and facilitation of Party committees, authorities, and organizations at all levels from the province to the grassroots in the past time; at the same time, he hoped that in the coming time, he would continue to receive more attention, support and connection so that branches in Nghe An province could operate effectively, contributing positively to the economic development and social security of the province.
