*On the afternoon of July 4, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations worked with the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee onwork of gathering and developing intellectualsof the province. Through the opinions and proposals of the members of the working delegation, Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy agreed and proposed that the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations study and sign a cooperation program with relevant units, first of all with the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Vinh University, associated with selecting specific content and the most effective implementation plan.
