Disseminate national defense and security knowledge to officials and people in border areas and remote areas

The conference attracted 130 delegates, including Youth Union Secretaries, Farmers' Association Chairmen, and Women's Union Chairmen from 38 communes and towns in the district.

During the study period, delegates learned about the following topics: The Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws on protecting political, economic, cultural, ideological security and the movement "All people protect national security"; Handling of demonstrations, riots and overthrow, some experiences in handling demonstrations and riots in recent times; National borders andprotect national border sovereignty, managing and protecting Vietnam's sea and island sovereignty in the new situation; Preventing and combating the strategy of "peaceful evolution" and "violent overthrow" of hostile forces against Vietnam; Some issues of combining socio-economic development with strengthening and consolidating national defense and security in border provinces; The Party's guidelines and viewpoints, the State's policies and laws on protecting political, economic, cultural and ideological security and the movement "All people protect national security".

These are important contents, aiming to equip and improve security and defense knowledge for cadres and people in communes in border areas, remote and isolated areas, on that basis to effectively carry out the work of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the current period.
