Quy Hop supports to overcome the consequences caused by 4 households violating administrative regulations on National Highway 48D
(Baonghean.vn) - 4 households have illegally built structures within the land reserved for roads, dumping soil to level the Tien Thanh 1 bridge corridor.
On June 26, in Chau Thanh commune, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district coordinated with the Department of Transport; Joint Stock Company 496, Chau Phong Traffic Department to organize the remediation of consequences caused by administrative violations on National Highway 48D, km 125+600 km 125+720 in Chau Thanh commune.
Previously, Chau Thanh Commune People's Committee inspected and made a record of administrative violations regarding encroachment on the protection corridor of Tien Thanh 1 bridge for 4 households in violation, including Mr. Ha Van Dinh in Co village, Vi Van Son in Na An village, Quang Van Nui and Luong Van Duyen, all in Trung Thanh hamlet.

The main violation of these 4 households was illegally constructing structures within the land area reserved for roads, and dumping soil to level the Tien Thanh 1 bridge corridor.
On February 19, 2020, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district signed Decisions No. 200, 201 and 203 to handle administrative violations of 4 households, with a total fine of 12.5 million VND. Specifically, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district required these 4 households to restore and return the original state of the road corridor before the violation.

Based on the reality and desire to support the implementation of remedial measures for 4 households that violated administrative regulations, the People's Committee of Chau Thanh Commune and the People's Committee of Quy Hop District coordinated with the road management unit (Department of Transport; Joint Stock Company 496, Chau Phong Traffic Department) to organize support to overcome the consequences according to the plan of digging trenches along both sides within the administrative violation land area and repairing some damaged works caused by administrative violations.
