Specifically, knowing that the authorities regularly patrolled, these 5 young men went to the lake at 10 p.m. on August 9 to eat and walk around to avoid encountering the authorities. However, they were discovered by the night duty team of Hung Loc commune, Vinh city.
The working group has set uppenalty noticefor these 5 young men with a total amount of 5 million VND. Require young men not to gather at the lake, strictly implement epidemic prevention measures.
