The Trade Union and Red Cross Society of Thai Hoa High School (Thai Hoa Town) awarded 2 scholarships to 2 students with especially difficult circumstances; each scholarship is worth 1 million VND, encouraging them to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies.

Le Thi Ha Trang graduated from Nghe An Medical College in August 2018. On her first day at work, she suddenly suffered a cerebral hemorrhage. She is currently being treated at Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi), with daily expenses of up to tens of millions of VND, while her family's circumstances are very difficult, and the family has had to borrow money from everywhere to pay for her treatment.

Quynh Hau Commune Youth Union mobilized and called on youth union members, mass organizations, and philanthropists to donate and support. In just a short time, Quynh Hau Commune Youth Union collected over 17 million VND and directly gave it to Ha Trang's family.
