Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Nguyen Thi Kim Chi - Secretary of the Provincial Agencies Party Committee; leaders of Hung Nguyen district and a number of supporting agencies.

Accordingly, in 17 communes and towns, 17 new houses and 2 houses for the poor were simultaneously built and repaired. The support level for building new houses is 50 million VND/house, from the contribution and support of the staff, civil servants, public employees, and workers in agencies and units in the district and outside the area.

This activity aims to spread the spirit of solidarity from all levels, sectors, and philanthropists topeople to build houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties.

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony and inspecting the implementation of the policy of building houses for the poor in some localities, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department highly appreciated the way the Party Committee and the authorities of Hung Nguyen district have worked, from issuing directives and plans to implement the program of mobilizing and supporting the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties in the district in the period of 2023 - 2025 on the basis of reviewing, synthesizing and assessing the actual needs from the grassroots level; establishing a steering committee for mobilization from the district to the grassroots level.

In addition to supporting housing costs, the district also directed local authorities to mobilize the entire political system and people to contribute working days to demolish old houses and build houses, as well as provide additional funding so that households receiving support to build houses can have decent houses.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also requested that Party committees and authorities at all levels in Hung Nguyen continue to mobilize organizations, agencies, units, businesses, and philanthropists to support resources to complete the plan to build houses for the poor; at the same time, encourage and support households to develop the economy and stabilize their lives.
