(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 9, a delegation from Nghe An Newspaper visited and gave gifts to families in difficult circumstances in Yen Thanh, Hung Nguyen and Nghi Loc districts.

In Yen Thanh district, the delegation of Nghe An Newspaper visited the family of Ms. Tran Thi Lan (born in 1977) in Tang Thanh commune, whose husband drowned in the recent flood. Her family has 4 children, including Phan Thi Hien (born in 2003) who passed the university entrance exam but due to difficult circumstances, she could not go to school.

The delegation also visited the family of Ms. Thai Thi Thu Hien, a teacher at Bac Thanh Secondary School, whose husband died of a serious illness and is currently raising 3 children. Her family's circumstances are very difficult.

Visiting the families, the working delegation shared their losses and difficulties and provided support to encourage the families to soon overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and continue to care for and raise their children to adulthood.

Next, the delegation of Nghe An Newspaper went to Hung Nguyen district to visit Tran Dinh Quy (born in 2003), in Hung Loi commune, a second-year student at Vinh University. He is an orphan and often sick and has to go to Hanoi for medical treatment. The delegation also visited the family of Mrs. Tran Thi Vinh (born in 1948), in Chau Nhan commune, who is currently taking care of her sick elderly mother and raising a child infected with toxic chemicals.

The delegation visited three orphaned children of Nguyen Van Ai and Nguyen Thi Lan in hamlet 12, Nghi Lam commune, Nghi Loc district, who were swept away by flood on September 30.

At the families, the delegation of Nghe An Newspaper sent their regards, shared and gave each family 10 million VND to help them stabilize their lives soon. This support fund was provided by a businessman from Nghe An (from Hung Nguyen district) who is working in Binh Duong through Nghe An Newspaper to families in difficult circumstances due to the recent floods.
