These are two seriously wounded soldiers in difficult circumstances, including wounded soldier Nguyen Huu Hai, who lost one leg, has an 81% disability, is often sick, and has a daughter who has Agent Orange and mental health issues and has just passed away; wounded soldier Nguyen Van Nhi, who has a 52% disability, is in extremely difficult circumstances, often sick due to recurring injuries, and his son is infected with toxic chemicals...
